 I joined this site as I wanted to receive and offer support to nurses (prospective or current). I did not see this site as a place where agencies exploit nurses to recruit and thereby make an income charging recruitment fees to the NHS for minimal work.

I tried putting this on my profile. It had made no difference. I DO NOT WISH TO SEND MY CV TO ANY AGENCIES AND AM NOT LOOKING FOR ANOTHER JOB. I will contact the DoH and report any agencies that persist in exploiting in this manner. How much clearer can I make myself???

If others wants to be recruited, good for them. I don't. This is not why I am here.

Moderators, is there a way of blocking people who persistently ask for CVs or wish to add recruits as friends?

I voted NO because I agree with you that this sort of "posting" is not what ProNurse is about.

I do  delete all the blatant advertising/spamming as soon as I see it, but some things are a bit boarderline.

I continually monitor all the posts submitted in the forums, but if you come across something I have missed please let me know.
