I would like to ask the forum if there any A&E nurses contributing to this site? If so i would be very interested to hear your views on target  and performance related funding in the ambualance service. We all know that trusts have to achieve the 8 minute target 75% of the time to maintain their funding. But, what do nurses feel about this? I know what the great many crews feel, but not our colleagues in the rest of the NHS.
