Hi all, has anyone ever came across nationwide care agency?

went for an interview today and the woman mentioned that over the past year they have had to sack nearly half of the staff and management as there was bad malpractice. which triggered in my mind that programme about care agency's, think it was panorama or watchdog??

Also they are asking me to pay £50 for a crb, i know in the past i have only ever payed around £25. anyone know the going rate?

any advice would be helpful, really dont fancy working for a dodgey agency
