    Sorry for my lateness in replying! Coz my hair is black I couldn't get anything done with it so I'm starting to dye my hair dark brown at the top so I can eventually lighten it! It's great I've become friendly with a trainee hair dresser so I get my hair cut for free and my hair dyed for a tenner -sweet! Lol I'm still skinto with a staff nurses wages -I spend way too much time in the local rock club!

    Hey :)
    i had to get rid of the hair unfortunately :( but if somebody at work has a streak in their hair and gets away with it, i'm sure you'll be fine. I've just started working in a residental home, and they don't seem very strict, so i may get away with a few streaks myself! hope this answers your query x

    Hi random question for you! Did you have your pink hair when you were working or did you dye it brown before you started working? I want to dye the underside of my hair lilac and leave the top of it black but I've no idea how people will react! I can't find anywhere that says I can't and one of the nurses I work with has a fuschia chunk and a purple chunk in her brown hair. Just wondering! Thanx!

    Sorry- No I did mine at Anglia Ruskin- I currently do a lot of work for the uni but with undergad medical students not nurses. It's been a couple of years since I last mentored a degree student from Manchester.
