Julie Wright is the Senior Consultant for TOCH (Theories of Constraints for Healthcare – a scientific-based series of theories") that is focused on delivering the improvements made possible by applying the ToC (Theories of Constraints) to the Healthcare industry worldwide.
She has worked in both the manufacturing and retail industry before working as an Admissions Manager in a NHS hospital in order to fully research the healthcare system, focusing on the universal problem of bed shortages of healthcare systems.
This culminated in the publishing of the business novel, We All Fall Down which has been very well received within the international healthcare community including a published review in the New England Journal Of Medicine by Dr. Stephen G. Pauker. We All Fall Down is currently being translated into Japanese for use by the Japanese Ministry of Work to improve their healthcare system.

Julie has used the Theories of Constraints (ToC) a scientific-based series of theories to find the Core Problem of the healthcare industry – the one problem that causes all the other ones we have to deal with on a daily basis. I have a nursing degree and now I am considering getting a masters in public administration or a health inspector degree. What do you people think about that? Does it pay off to work in public administration? I have a friend that is a human resources inspector and he has quite a decent salary. I have heard that health inspectors have a low income and in the near future they want to cut it again. I enjoy being a nurse but I think the recession will get here too in the future.
