ProNurse Teams up with the Design Council’s Design Bugs Out Project

The ProNurse site will be a bit different over the next few days as we have teamed up with the Design Council’s Design Bugs Out Project to give nurses and healthcare workers the opportunity to comment and give feedback on new designs for healthcare furniture and equipment.

There is lots of information about why the project has been started and the potential benefits in the articles below, but the bottom line is that these designs are aimed at making patients more comfortable, to be easier for nurses and healthcare workers to use and to be easier to clean to cut down on superbugs.

This is your chance to have a say in equipment you could be using in a few years time so please do comment on articles, in the forums (the thread in the public forum is here and the anonymous forum here and on the poll. We will also do our best to get some responses from the designers themselves to your comments and thoughts.
